Join us for a Nature Meditation 8 p.m. EST, Tuesday, Jan 24th

Come join me online as I lead you on a nature meditation
out on the land and to a beautiful ceremony and into a circle of stones with a sacred fire in the center.

In my Nehiyawewin language, fire is iskotêw ᐃᐢᑯᑌᐤ.

As we journey along, I will pepper in some of my own amazing and magical experiences that I’ve
been gifted with in nature and I will also share some Indigenous teachings.

All are welcome to join us and it’s a great way to get present and let go of whatever you are carrying that isn’t for your highest good, releasing that right into the fire.

It’s also really wonderful to feel and experience nature and the elements and the creature beings and winged ones
and in new ways; ways you may not have ever thought of before.

This is the first kick off of our weekly gatherings so the energy exchange is just $10.

every step a prayer
and / or a good intention
enjoying an intimacy
with the planet
as mother
as nurturer
providing
all that’s needed
and by doing so
sanctify her
and she feels this
knows this
welcomes this

the embers smoulder

only to reignite

when the timing is right

feed the glint

creation is imminent

like the milky way

inviting in

stellar pathways

of star kisses

along exposed neckline

a delightful horizon

to further cosmic delights
